Samsung spins another S phone, and Motorola announces unlocked Razr

Samsung announced a 1GHz & Galaxy S Advance& phone running Android 2.3 on a dual-core 1GHz processor and featuring a four-inch Super-AMOLED screen -- slated for Russia in February.
