iPhone butterfingers equal big bucks for Apple

Apple isn't just reaping the rewards of corporate tax loopholes; it's also making big bucks off customers who drop their iPhones -- especially iPhone 5s. As it stands, a replacement iPhone 5 can cost between $150 and $220, which is to say that the replacement can be more than the phone plus contract cost in the first place.
